FotoRobs, Ltd. collects different kinds of information. This can be information such as:
- Your IP address
- Which website referred you to us
- Your browser type
- The country you access us from
- When you access our Web Site
We may also collect information about your navigation on our Web Site, including links you click, the pages you view, and the exit page from the Web Site.
Of course, we also collect and store information provided by you, when you register (i.e. your username, your name, e-mail address, your company).
Your password is encrypted in the database and is not visible by FotoRobs, Ltd. employees.
FotoRobs, Ltd. uses your personal information to operate and improve our website www.fotorobs.lv. Furthermore, the use of your personal information is necessary to process transactions, and to provide customer service. We do also use such information to analyze the effectiveness of the Web Site, in order to improve usability, so you, the user, experience a user friendly Web Site.
We do also use your personal information to communicate with you, such as information e-mails, newsletters if wanted, and transaction related information. FotoRobs, Ltd. uses both e-mail and regular mail for these purposes.
Except as described below, FotoRobs, Ltd., do not share any of your Personal Information.
We do share personal information with our credit card payment provider, PayPal. PayPal are permitted to obtain necessary information to handle the credit card payment.
You can access, and edit your registered your personal information when logged on Member Area section, and you can edit your personal information except "Username". Please contact us if you want "Username" to be changed.
If you want your account to be closed down, and personal information to be deleted, you must contact us by e-mail, or regular mail, as described in "1. Accountability".
In order to have your account closed down, please provide your name, username, and registered e-mail address.
FotoRobs, Ltd. uses "cookies" to make the Web Site more user friendly. For instance, in order to make your computer remembering log on information, so you can stay logged on from one visit to the next, a small text file "the cookie" is sent to, and placed on your hard drive or device, so you can re-enter the Web Site without logging on.
A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer's hard drive by our Web Site server. It is essentially your identification card. It is uniquely yours, and can only be read by our Web Site server. A cookie contains non-personally identifiable information about the user. Cookies only identify the user's computer. It cannot be executed as code, or deliver viruses.

Profile information (such as company) in the registration form is used by FotoRobs, Ltd. to compile data in aggregate form so that we may better understand the users that are visiting our Web Site. For example, we may produce reports on the most popular search terms by collecting general search term data based on individual searches. Aggregate data is anonymous and does not contain any personal information that identifies a user.
Minors (persons under the age of 18), can only use this Web Site with the approval and supervision of a parent or guardian. Minors are not eligible to use this Web Site unsupervised and we ask that minors do not register for an account or submit any personal information to us. By using this site unsupervised, and/or registering for an account, you warrant that you have reached the age of 18.
FotoRobs, Ltd. has a number of operational functions in place to protect the confidentiality of personal information. Personal information provided to us are stored on computer systems with limited access that are located in secured facilities.
All FotoRobs, Ltd. employees are trained and kept up-to-date on our security procedures.
Perfect security on the Internet does, however, not exist, and FotoRobs, Ltd. does not warrant that its Web Site is impenetrable or invulnerable to hackers.
We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or to comply with a legal process served on our Web Site.
